HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
We missed being with our families today but were glad to have others to spend Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful meal with all kinds of foods. It was too much to even think about eating. There were so many people there. I heard there are 80 boats here and we had 286 people for lunch today at 1:00. At 11:00 this morning, we went to an oyster roast and it was the best!
The people of St. Marys furnished and cooked turkeys and hams to serve and we boaters carried dishes of food and deserts. It was way too much food but everyone enjoyed it. I took pictures there and of the harbor showing all the boats here but cannot find them right now. I hope I will locate them later. Hope everyone else had a great day and are full of turkey like us. Happy turkey day to the Gainer's from the Carroll's Nellie you know there are turkey hunters on the water also. Glad to see you escaped another year. Hope you continue to have save sailing/motoring for the rest of your trip. Miss you guys
