Saturday, Nov.8, Myrtle Beach, SC

We had a great surprise today. Our friends from Raleigh and Rocky Mount stopped by our boat which is docked at Little River, SC on their way back from Hilton Head this afternoon. Benny & Joyce Johnson, Hank & Jane Hastings, and Henry & Lucy Hinson were on their way to Calabash and stopped for a visit. We were so glad to see them. Lindsey and Justin had just finished helping Nelson and me get our things organized and also helped clean the outside deck of the boat.

We love having company and invite any of our friends to come join us on any part of our trip that they can. You can even spend the night as long as you don't mind being rocked to sleep. (By the boat, of course!)

Love,

Ondra and Nelson

ARGHH! Bryan and I are so happy you started this blog !! We were in New Bern the weekend before GAM- we were there for the Ghost Walk and met the couple that is traveling with you. we told them to tell you HI ! We were sorry that we missed seeing you !!! This weekend the weather has been awesome so hope you have had good travels since Myrtle Beach. There are two couples leaving this week from SHYC. Be on the lookout for Shenadoah- George and Leo have been cruising for 8 years and consider SHYC their "home" so it was good to see them - they are headed for Exuumas. Looking forward to living thru your travels ! May the wind be at your back

Hi Nelson & Ondra,

The blog is a great idea. I'm green with envy of your trip.

I'm leaving from Norfolk, VA on Wednesday, the 12th, for a cruise down to Charleston on a friend's boat.

I don't know how you've planned your trip but I'll try to reach you by cellphone on the way down. Maybe we can hook up somewhere!

Ahoy there! (I'm just a landlubber and don't know if that's proper terminology of not, but...!!!) Hope you guys are having the time of your lives. I love being able to keep up with you this way...Justin and Lindsay keep us posted when we see them, but this is so convenient! Enjoy and stay safe.
